From the 12th to the 13th of July, students of the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse demonstrated their creativity during the 2nd edition of the Street Food International Challenge.
The Street Food International Challenge, is a culinary and event project, where the Hospitality and Food Service students collaborate with the Advanced Culinary Arts students to show their ideas of street food.
For this 2nd edition based on Street Art, 52 students from 12 countries worked in several teams to introduce 6 unique concepts, mixing local traditions and specialties from all around the globe: Roots, Happiness, Six coasts, S.O.S, No waste More taste and Treets of Olympia.

With 6 concepts and many flavours, international students gave us an incredible experience in an ecological and responsible environment, in line with current customers expectations.
This challenge enables them to live an international experience, to perfect their skills and to discover the French terroir while highlighting their own gastronomic culture.
The 1st of August, they will hold the Worldfood cocktail that highlights the finest flavors of the world. They will cook a speciality from their country or region in order to share their knowledge and culture.
If you also want to taste and discover new flavors from all around the world, international students will be delighted to welcome you in the Experience training restaurant.
