From September 24th to September 28th 2018, the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse met in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the Alliance Annual Culinary Seminar.
Berjaya University College welcomed the 10th edition of this yearly seminar.
24 participants representing 11 universities took part in these five days seminar based on transmission, learning and friendship.
Together the member of The Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse have explored Malaysian heritage and traditions through the experience of Malaysian multi-cultural cuisine.
This seminar was the opportunity, as well, to attend various roundtable from culinary trends watching to the development of gastronomy in Chile or the Gen Z expectations and experience local food through culinary workshops.
