Back to school for students on our Year 4 specialisations

It’s back to school for the 130 Year 4 students enrolled on the Bachelor’s in International Hospitality and Food Service Management. Following a week-long intensive induction period on our campus in Ecully-Lyon, they are ready to begin their specialist programme of studies.

The 4th year specialisations offered on our Bachelor’s degree programmes enable students to develop a specific expertise in response to the new requirements and challenges of the hospitality, food service and culinary arts sectors.

A mandatory feature of our Bachelor (Hons) courses in Hospitality and Food Service Management, the 4th year specialisation is also open to applicants with a 3-year undergraduate degree (or international equivalent) in the field of hospitality and food service.
