For a year, a team of journalists followed the journey of four of our students:
- Nicolas Grüner, a 3rd year student from the Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts Management, now graduated and on the Bocuse d’Or competition alongside his instructor Chef Tissot
- Louise Genevet, a 1st year student in the International Hospitality Management programme
- Zhanxu Li, a 3rd year Culinary Arts student – pastry specialisation
- Victor Michel, on a career retraining project in our executive education center
