For a year, a team of journalists followed the journey of four of our students:

• Nicolas Grüner, a 3rd year student from the Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts Management, now graduated and on the Bocuse d’Or competition alongside his instructor Chef Tissot
• Louise Genevet, a 1st year student in the International Hospitality Management programme
• Zhanxu Li, a 3rd year Culinary Arts student – pastry specialisation
• Victor Michel, on a career retraining project in our executive education center
