The creativity and innovation of our students in master’s degree in Culinary Leadership and Innovation is stimulated all along their studies during their numerous projects, 8 in total. Each project allows students to focus on different aspects of the international culinary and food-processing industries. They also are the achievement of the relations between our school and the professional world.
CrEation of a new culinary experience with old el paso
Partnering with Old El Paso, student have taken up the challenge of creating new culinary experiences for the lunch. Answering the problematic of the brand which was to create a new experience of sharing for the families, they came up with a new range of simple and easy products, reinvented and enhanced actual and iconic products and recipes like the fajitas.
Talent and creativity in the kitchen necessary, yes ! But having an analytical mind and good consumer understanding are also essentials. Before obtaining the final results, the students had to understand the habits, the needs and customs of the target consumers to create their own concept and recipes.

CrEation of 4 CATERING POINTS IN A UNIQUE PLACE
One destination and two holiday resorts with several catering concepts, that is the context in which the students had to create 4 new Food & Bevarage catering points.
In a winter sport resort in Colorado, the students have created 4 unique menus for the different restaurants. Before being able to conceptualize and realize the menus, the students had to understand the identity of each resort, the DNA of each restaurant and understand the competitors. By the end, they have created new brands that correspond to the identity of the resort, developed a customer experience and created a Food and beverage offer that is unique and adapted to each catering points.
That project had the aim to familiarize students with the complexity of the multi-unit restaurant environments, to their specificities and processes.
Our master’s degree in Culinary Innovation & Leadership is open after Bachelor in International Culinary Arts Management and the Bachelor in International Pastry Management or after graduating from a bachelor degree with a specific training for student without culinary background that will allow you to adopt a strategic look on the culinary industry and on the next trends.
