The Maximizing Profit in the Electronic Marketplace specialisation will equip you with the skills to become an expert in pricing techniques and revenue management for all categories of hotels and restaurants.

Qualification: Bachelor (Hons.) State Certified Level II Qualification, registered with the National Repertoire of Professional Certifications (RNCP)
Length: 7 months full-time

* This specialisation is open, under certain conditions, to candidates who have completed a degree (or international equivalent) in the area of Hotel & Restaurant Management.

Understanding customer perceptions and choices

Our specialisation covers a combination of traditional areas in marketing and revenue management as well as the use of new digital tools.

You will explore the full range of hotels and restaurants as well as various types of distribution channels.  You will also learn how to design a pricing strategy and put into place effective profit-maximising methods.
