New Bachelor in International Pastry Management:
bring out the true
pastry artist within you

Our School is expanding its range of courses, launching the new Bachelor’s degree in International Pastry Management from the start of the next academic year in September 2021. This exciting 3-year programme comes in addition to our three existing undergraduate degree courses, all of which are officially approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

Institut Paul Bocuse widens its offer of Bachelor’s Degrees!

The new Bachelor’s degree is a 3-year post-baccalaureate (high school) programme, offering an innovative vision of the pastry, bakery, confectionery and chocolate-making professions.  It aims to equip students with the technical know-how and managerial skills to occupy a management position in France or overseas, or to develop their own path by becoming an entrepreneur.

This programme combines practical and theoretical modules, along with creative and entrepreneurial projects, to prepare students for careers as pastry chefs, chocolate and confectionery chefs, culinary consultants and product development managers.

On a multicultural campus, future students will learn to develop their talent and creativity in a unique training environment that includes the brand-new pastry, bakery and chocolate laboratories planned as part of our campus extension.

They will be supervised by a very enthusiastic team of specialist professors and instructors, including Vincent Durant, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (2019) Chocolate and Confectionery making, who recently joined our School’s faculty.

At the end of the course, students will be awarded a 3-year undergraduate qualification in International Culinary Arts Management, approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
