Our new Hospitality
and Food Service centre
is taking shape

Our School has launched a vast project to extend and modernise its campus in Écully, with the ambition of offering students a unique and innovative setting in which to live, work and study. As part of this development project, our new centre dedicated to the Hospitality and Food Service industry will be opened in September 2022…

Learning to dream big

With the support of our very own G&G Pélisson Foundation for Institut Paul Bocuse, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Authority, the Metropolitan Council of Lyon and the cities of Lyon and Écully, our school will double its capacity to offer you a 17,000 m² campus with state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the very latest technology.

The new Hospitality and Food Service Centre will open its doors in September 2022. This location, which will become the main reception area for Institut Paul Bocuse, will be home to all of the modules taught on the Bachelor (Hons.) in International Hospitality Management.

In particular, it will provide students with:

  • Additional modernised classrooms
  • A 250-seat lecture theatre
  • Co-working spaces to encourage creativity and collaborative work

Number 1 in its category for 11 consecutive years in the Eduniversal rankings, our Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management is a symbol of recognition of the academic excellence that we cultivate at Institut Paul Bocuse. The new Hospitality and Food Service Centre will provide students with a new, ever more inspiring and fulfilling working environment.
