Each year, our continuing professional development center trains more than 2,000 professionals who come to Institut Paul Bocuse to develop their culinary and managerial skills in hospitality services, the hotel business, or in the gastronomic, commercial and catering food service sectors.

We also offer comprehensive career retraining programmes, recognised by the RNCP – the French professional qualifications repertoire, for individuals who wish to move into the hospitality, foodservice or culinary arts sectors, or who have a start-up project.
