"Show Cooking",
a culinary programme presented by students,
for students

At the initiative of our Campus Office, three students from Institut Paul Bocuse hosted the premiere of “Show Cooking” on Thursday 18 February, a live entertainment and cooking programme for our students, but open to all!  The concept: to cook a recipe step by step live and above all to have a fun time together.

For this first programme, many of you asked your questions while cooking from home alongside the budding Chefs Aurélien and Matthieu and our host Annouck, all three second-year students on the Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts Management. Menu of the day: duck breasts with baked potatoes in a bigarade sauce and a dessert of poached pears with whipped vanilla cream.

Every fortnight, our students will present a new recipe live, so all you have to do is follow the instructions and ask your questions from home. Next show: 4 March.
