Each year, Institut Paul Bocuse holds several career forums to allow students to meet the leading companies in the sector. These events are an opportunity for companies to maximize their notoriety and to recruit promising young talents through internship or jobs opportunities in France or abroad.
Recruit the talents of tomorrow
Over the 5 recruitments events held this year, more than 250 recruiters came to exchange and share more than 2,000 offers in the culinary, food service and hospitality sectors to our Bachelors and Masters students as well as our graduates. Each year, more than a third of our promotions are recruited directly on our campus!
More than just a professional opportunity, these forums allow students to interact individually with professionals in order to better understand their expectations and better deal with the realities of the market.
It is also a chance to show the variety of sectors that students have access to during their internship or in their future job: from luxury hotels to lifestyle hotels and gastronomic restaurants, group or event…
Many 1st year students were able to discover companies that always made them dream like:
- Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts
- Marriott Group
- Groupe Paul Bocuse
- Châteaux & Hôtels Collection
- Groupe Ducasse Paris
- Rosewood Hotels
- Groupe Hyatt
- Groupe Bertrand
- Club Med Corporate
- Shangri LA
- Pierre Hermé
- Potel et chabot
Objective 100% employability
100% of our graduates are in full-time employment within 3 months of finishing their studies with 87% working in the hospitality, food service and culinary arts sector.
These figures demonstrate our close ties with the industry and the full backing of our partner companies who see our graduates as high-potential, industry-ready young professionals.
Shape your own learning experience
Throughout their Institut Paul Bocuse experience, students are guided by a learning team, experts in the hospitality sector and specialists in Human Resources. Our Talents Managers help them in their personal development and self-empowerment through recruitment workshops, personality tests, coaching…
They can also count on our alumni network to be part of a worldwide helping and sharing community. 22 alumnis attended the 2018-2019 Talents Forum to represent their company.
