The Institut Paul Bocuse confirms its multi-recognition strategy

Institut Paul Bocuse aims to further its mission by confirming the excellence of its training courses and the complementarity of its programme portfolio to continue meeting the requirements of the sector and face the challenges of a fast-moving society.

A unique educational model

We are the first ever private higher education institution specialised in hospitality management to receive dual recognition from the French Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation for our 3-year and 4-year diplomas.

This state recognition increases the international portability of our diplomas and allows you to consider further study in other countries through academic equivalencies. Also, it allows eligible students to apply for regional income related CROUS bursaries.

Our goal: to train the elite of tomorrow. In order to do so, we have joined several international organisations that are references in our sector:

  • We have joined the AACSB, the international accreditation body for the world’s leading business schools
  • Also, we are a member of the CFET (Conférence des Formations d’Excellence du Tourisme)
  • We are the only hospitality management school in France to be a member of the Hotel Schools of Distinction network.

Award-Winning courses

Our Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management has been ranked first by Eduniversal for 10 years in a row and our Msc in International Hospitality Management in partnership with emlyon business school has been ranked 2nd in the “Hotel Management” category. A ranking established on the program’s reputation among companies, the starting salaries after graduation and the level of satisfaction expressed by students.

“Because the hospitality industry is reinventing itself, our educational models must also reinvent themselves so that the employability of students and graduates is part of a fulfilling and exciting career development process”

Adeline Molière, educational director
